Attorneys MICHAEL KROON mike.kroon@dealtactics.com Mike has been working in Palo Alto as a practicing member of the California bar since 1990. His practice focuses on work for technology companies, primarily development, licensing, distribution and alliance agreements, as well as formation, corporate governance, corporate securities, financing and acquisition matters and related legal and business consulting. His practice has also included public company work, complex U.S. and international transactions, and venture fund work (including fund formation, investment reviews, investment due diligence, and transactions). At the other end of the scale, he has also represented individuals in start-up, employment and other business planning and contract negotiations. Originally from Honolulu, Mike received his J.D. with honors from Stanford Law School in 1990 and previously earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in economics from Santa Clara University and Stanford University. After Stanford, he worked first at Fenwick & West and later in-house at technology companies before entering private practice. |
